Difference between fleece, "indian," "chinese" and "european" prefolds?

Chinese prefolds are the longest lasting and the choice of commercial diaper services as well. Indian are nice and fluffy and my preference for softness, but don't last as long. Fleece is used for a diaper cover (see link below), not diapers that I know of. European prefolds are trimmer, but not as soft. They are a little longer and a little thinner than Chinese.
[edited to add] I just found out what they refer to as fleece prefolds now. This is half hemp/half cotton prefold and is geared toward the organic market. It is supposed to be very absorbant. My choice maybe for an older baby where urine output becomes quite an issue.
If you go to Yahoo!Groups, you can find group lists that focus on all the different diapering choices available currently. A lot of my information is out-of-date.
